Commercial Medical Escort: A Less Expensive Alternative to Air Ambulance Transport

An air ambulance is a medically dedicated aircraft primarily used to transport critically injured or ill patients over long distances when other forms of transportation would be impossible, impractical or too great of a risk. Straight to the Heart: American Heart Month

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States.  The most common type is coronary artery disease (CAD), which can lead to heart attack.  Other cardiovascular diseases include arrhythmia, heart failure, congenital heart disease and peripheral artery disease (PAD).  Since 1963, Congress has required thepresident to proclaim February “American Hearth Month” to help raise awareness and urge Americans to join the battle against cardiovascular diseases.

More than 500 volunteers arrived early Saturday morning, January 16th to help theAmerican Red Cross and HOPE worldwideshare valuable fire prevention information with Phoenix families.
